Technology Candidate Training Program

Dolomite Enterprises is seeking IT Consultants, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Computer Repair Specialists, and other technology candidates to participate in our technology training program. At Dolomite, we seek to have the best in the field on our staff. Our Candidate Training Program is a six month long training and evaluation program. Our program is committed to finding high-quality candidates by applying written and practical tests and trials to all applicants.

Each individual started will start at $10 an hour. This is a non-negotiable starting rate. Over the next six months, candidates will be challenged and evaluated. As different benchmarks are completed, your hourly rate will go up. Have a lot of knowledge starting out, not a problem, your rate will just go up quicker. Don't have a lot of knowledge, not problem, except for entry level requirements, all other requirements may be met during the six month program, however, Candidates who fail to meet the requirements will not be offered a position to continue on after the program comes to a close.

Candidates who rate well and pass all the general guideslines of our program, will be offerred either positions with our company, our customers, or some of our sponsors. In most cases, these positions come with a term of guaranteed employment.

Candidates final pay, or in essence, the pay level that positions gradually work up to, are hard-set prior to start of the program session. A few examples of those pay levels are provided below:

PositionStarting Pay Rate
Microsoft Desktop Support TechnicianFrom $28,000
System Administrator (MCSA Required)From $32,000
System Engineer (MCSE Required)From $36,000
Linux Support Technician (Linux +)From $26,000
Security Professional (CISSP Required)From $92,000

All Starting Pay Rates are before external factors such as education, experience factors, and quantity of certifications (beyond what is required for the position). For example, A System Engineer with MCSE, MCDST, and two other certifications, four years experience, and an associates degree would see yearly pay of about $40,000. Dolomite will further increase this, at a minimal, with a Cost of Living raise to take place in January of each succeeding year (pending approval by Dolomite's Board of Directors).

Dolomite expects the next Candidate Training Program to start on July 13th, 2009. Candidates will be evaluated for placement directly at Dolomite with a two year guarantee of employment following successful completion. Dolomite is primarily seeking System and Network Administrators as well as Desktop Support Techncians.

Notes of Caution: Part of Dolomite's Candidate Training Program is being able to follow direction. As such, when positions are advertised, specific instructions are given in the announcement. These small sets of instruction are part of our first round of qualifying requirements. It is highly recommended to read any job announcement information so your application is considered for acceptance.

Although Dolomite is serious about pursuing the individuals we feel will best serve our Customers, we have a great working environment and are very family friendly. We provide good medical benefits, provide a 401k plan, and reimburse for all certification tests.
